May I please know which edition or version of Microsoft Office you are trying to activate on your Windows PC?
- For example, is it Office Home 2024, Microsoft 365 Personal, or Office Home & Business 2024?
If you sign in with your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page, do you see your Office license listed as active?

If it is active, please try signing out of your account in the Office apps and then signing back in. To do this, open any Office app, go to File > Account > Sign out.
Then sign in again with your Microsoft account and check whether your license is recognized.
If you are still experiencing issues, please try repairing your Office applications and then sign in again.
