Certifications can be found on Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Learn profile

Taking a photo of the exam result screen does not affect exam verification or certificate issuance.

    For most Microsoft Certification exams:

    • The result is shown within minutes at the end of the exam.
    • It can take up to 24 hours for the result and related certification to appear in the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile.

If the exam was taken on Friday and the certificate is still not visible after 24 hours:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to schedule the exam.
    2. Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications and check:
      • Past exams to confirm the exam result is recorded.
    3. If the certificate or exam is still missing after this time, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the dedicated channel for certification issues, as shown in the referenced Q&A threads.

The phone picture is only for personal reference and does not interfere with Microsoft’s scoring, verification, or certificate generation processes. What matters is that the exam provider (Pearson VUE or Certiport) has delivered the result successfully and that the same Microsoft account is used on Microsoft Learn.
