Hello,

I need this account because it is my minecraft account.

I have access to my email and i know my password.

The problem is when i try to get the code to my email i don't receive it.

I am sure that the email is correct and i tried with my second email too ,but i don't receive the code to this email too.

Does anyone know how to receive the code?

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you can't receive the verification codes, please try these steps:

    1. Avoid submitting multiple requests, since this could stop verification codes from being delivered.
    2. Suspicious traffic from your geographical location may cause delays in delivering verification codes. These uncommon issues usually resolve on their own after some time.
    3. Check your email inbox, junk and spam folders in case you received the codes there.

If you still can't receive the verification codes, this may indicate that your account is temporarily blocked due to unusual activity.

You will not receive any verification codes until the temporary block has expired, as stated by Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/troubleshooting-verification-code-issues-409090c4-92b5-42b9-8ae6-bcc97e62fc48#:~:text=If%20you%20received%20a%20Microsoft%20verification%20code%20that%20you%20did#:~:text=If%20you%20received%20a%20Microsoft%20verification%20code%20that%20you%20did

Kindly perform these steps to fix the verification method error:

    1. Perform a password reset via Incognito/InPrivate window using different devices and network services.
    2. If it doesn't work, wait exactly 48 hours to reset the password.
    3. If the issue persists, kindly wait exactly 1 week to perform another password reset. The idea is to wait for the account lock to expire first before you reset the password, as stated in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/troubleshooting-verification-code-issues-409090c4-92b5-42b9-8ae6-bcc97e62fc48#:~:text=If%20you%20received%20a%20Microsoft%20verification%20code%20that%20you%20did#:~:text=If%20you%20received%20a%20Microsoft%20verification%20code%20that%20you%20did

Important: Please make sure not to attempt to sign in or reset the password within that timeframe (48 hours or 1 week), as this may reset the lock cooldown.

Thank you for your understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

The sign-in works, but the verification code email is not arriving. Use these steps to troubleshoot and get back in:

    1. Confirm the sign-in details
      • Make sure the correct Microsoft account (email address and domain, such as .com vs .co.uk) is being used.
      • If there are multiple aliases on the account, try signing in with another alias or phone number if available.
    2. Check all email folders and filters
      • Look in Junk/Spam, Promotions, and other filtered folders for the verification email.
      • If there are rules or filters configured, temporarily disable them or search the mailbox for “Microsoft account” or “security code”.
    3. Try a different verification method
      • On the verification screen, choose another method if offered (alternate email, SMS, or authenticator app).
      • If the current method is blocked or failing, switching methods is the fastest way to get in.
    4. Use the sign-in helper and verification-code troubleshooter
      • Follow the guidance in the “Troubleshoot Microsoft verification code issues” article to check for blocks, high volume of requests, or unusual activity that might be preventing codes from being sent.
      • If a “Try another verification method” or similar block appears, follow these steps:
        • Try another verification method connected to the account (for example, alternate email instead of SMS, or vice versa).
        • Try from a different network (switch Wi‑Fi/mobile data, or use another Wi‑Fi network).
        • Stop repeated attempts and wait at least 24 hours; repeated requests can extend a temporary block.
    5. If the account is locked or “Next” is missing
      • If the sign-in page does not show Next or indicates the account is locked, follow the aka.ms link shown on the page to submit the unlock form.
      • After submitting, wait for the email response from Microsoft Online Safety; do not submit multiple forms, as that can slow down processing.
    6. If sign-in still fails
      • Go through the standard account recovery flow starting from Recover your account and follow the prompts to receive a security code on any listed method.
      • If none of the listed methods work or are accessible, select I don’t have any of these (if shown) and complete the recovery form with as much accurate information as possible.

Once access is restored, review and update security info (add multiple methods such as alternate email, phone, and Microsoft Authenticator) so that future sign-ins and Minecraft access are more reliable.
