Cancel the payment for the subscrible

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to find where does the subscription payment cancel because there is different way on this outlook and microsoft 365.

I would like to know can do cancel the payment soon.

To cancel a subscription, that you have signed up for, please can you sign into your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Once you have signed into your account, you will see all of the subscriptions that are attached to your Microsoft account. On the subscription you wish to cancel, please click onto 'Manage' on the right-hand side.

This will load up a page where you can manage your subscription. Please can you click onto 'Cancel subscription' at the bottom.

The subscription will be cancelled as soon as you progress through the prompts that show on your screen. If you are eligible for a refund, the system will prompt you on how to obtain the refund for the subscription.

To cancel the payment for a Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscription for home use, cancel or turn off recurring billing on the Services & subscriptions page of the Microsoft account that was used to buy it.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the subscription (this might be the account used in Outlook or another email, but it must be the one that owns the subscription).
3. Find the subscription to cancel (for example, Microsoft 365, OneDrive storage, ClipChamp, etc.) and select Manage.
   • If instead of Manage it shows Turn on recurring billing, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and no further payments will be taken.
4. On the next page, select Cancel or Cancel subscription (it might also say Upgrade or Cancel depending on the subscription type).
5. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete cancellation.

After cancellation:

• The subscription can usually be used until the end of the current paid period.
• For Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, or Premium, storage will eventually revert to the free limits when the subscription ends.

If there is no option to cancel or turn off recurring billing:

• Confirm that the correct Microsoft account is being used.
• If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, cancellation must be done through those stores’ support, not through the Microsoft account.

To check refund eligibility for Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased from Microsoft, cancel first as above, then review the refund guidance in the refund article.
