Glad to hear an update from you. Since it worked in incognito mode, this means that the issue is caused a corrupted browser profile and could be a corrupt Outlook layout setting stored in the browser storage. Let's do steps
A. Open your Outlook
B. Open site settings.
- Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
- Click Site settings.
- Click Clear data (this is important).
- Confirm.
- This will clear Local storage Layout settings IndexedDB Service worker data Cookies for Outlook only
C. Do a hard reload.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + R, or hold Ctrl and click the Refresh button
- Then log back in.
If still fails, this could be due to a Chrome extension interfering it. Try to disable all your extensions, refresh the Outlook and check it again.
