Unable to send or receive emails

Question

Hi,

My inbox was full so i have deleted all photos on one drive and deleted emails and now it says im under the limit but i still cant access send or receive emails. i have emptied my deleted emails, archived older emails and compresses data files and i still nothing works?

Please help?

Can you send emails from the Outlook web version?

Using your other email account, try sending an email to this address. Can it be sent successfully? If sending fails and you receive an error message, please provide the error message so we can check the situation. Thank you.
