I can’t seem to login to my Virgin media and/or O2 they just say that my account is locked. Having spoken to them they say it’s my Hotmail account not them?????? Can anyone help please?

Sorry, but I don't understand. Are you trying to access your Virgin media email from an Outlook client? Like this other user:Or are you trying to add your Hotmail account to your Virgin Media email web interface? Like this post describes:
