    Hi Gaz,

Verify the file is saved in OneDrive or SharePoint. AutoSave works only for cloud-stored files.

    Follow this multi-step guide:

    • Quit OneDrive from the menu bar (cloud icon → Quit OneDrive).
    • Press Command (⌘) + Space, type Terminal, and open it.
    • Run the command below and press Return:
    /Applications/OneDrive.app/Contents/Resources/ResetOneDriveApp.command

If you see “No such file or directory”, run:

    /Applications/OneDrive.app/Contents/Resources/ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command

    • Wait 1–2 minutes. OneDrive should reopen automatically.
    • If it does not reopen, manually launch OneDrive from Applications.
    • Sign in again and allow sync to complete.

If still stuck on “Loading services from OneDrive”:

    • Close Word.
    • Reset OneDrive.
    • Reopen Word and sign in again.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
