Hello, I am a Microsoft for Startups founder using the account [<mod: PII removed>@gmail.com]. In my Benefits page, the “Microsoft 365 Business Premium – 1‑year subscription for up to 50 users” perk shows as “Used / Utilisé” and valid until February 16, 2027. However, when I click “Use / Utiliser”, I get the message “Impossible d’accepter cet avantage pour l’instant” and I am never redirected to a Microsoft 365 admin center. When I sign in to https://admin.microsoft.com with this account, there is no Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription listed under Billing > Your products and no tenant with 50 licenses.

It seems the benefit was marked as redeemed but the Microsoft 365 tenant or subscription was not provisioned correctly. Could you please:

Either attach the benefit to a Microsoft 365 tenant and provide me with the admin account,

Or reset the benefit so that I can redeem it again correctly?

My startup / company name: [Moderator note: personal info removed]Startup portal email: [<mod: PII removed>@gmail.com]

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello @tony infantino

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

Thank you for contacting us. Based on the information you provided, it appears that the Microsoft 365 Business Premium benefit in your Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub account was marked as redeemed, but the Microsoft 365 tenant and subscription were not provisioned correctly. When this occurs, manual intervention from the Microsoft for Startups support team is required in order to correct the benefit state or complete the provisioning process.

According to Microsoft’s official guidance, the correct path for issues related to Founders Hub benefits, provisioning errors, or benefit activation failures is to submit a support request directly through the Microsoft for Startups Portal

To proceed, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
    2. Select the question‑mark icon located in the upper‑right corner of the screen.
    3. Select “Submit a Support Ticket.” Attach any relevant screenshots, such as the error message and the “Used/Utilisé” state of the Microsoft 365 benefit, to assist the support team in diagnosing the provisioning failure.

These steps correspond directly to Microsoft’s instructions for contacting the Startups support team for benefit issues: Microsoft for Startups Portal | Microsoft Learn

In case you can't sign in, kindly select "Contact support" as below and it'll take you to a website where you can submit your request.

In your request, please include the following details to help the support team investigate efficiently:

    • The Microsoft account used to access the Founders Hub portal.
    • Your startup name as it appears in Founders Hub.
    • A description of the issue: the Microsoft 365 Business Premium benefit shows as “Used/Utilisé,” the “Use/Utiliser” button returns the message “Impossible d’accepter cet avantage pour l’instant,” and no Microsoft 365 subscription appears in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    • Confirmation that no Microsoft 365 tenant with the expected licenses is present under Billing → Your products.
    • The approximate date and time when you attempted to redeem the benefit.

Once the support request is submitted, the Microsoft for Startups operations team will be able to review the backend provisioning state and either complete the tenant creation or reset the benefit so that you can redeem it again properly.
