I see that you are having issue playing Minecraft on your computer. Before we proceed, may I know if there are any other game from the Microsoft Store having the same issue?
In the meantime, please try these steps to see if it helps.
- Sync date and time settings.
- Go to Settings > Time & language > Date and time.
- Make sure "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically" is Enabled.
- Click "Sync now" to synchronize the clock.
- Restart the game and try again.
- Reset the game and Xbox apps.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps
- Find the Game and the Xbox apps.
- Select "Reset"
- Open the game again.
