You can use that service in Teams. However, you need a licence from the vendor of that product/service.

Microsoft 365 Education by itself does not automatically provide access to Turnitin.

To use Turnitin inside Microsoft Teams Assignments:

    1. The institution must have an active Turnitin subscription/license.
    2. An IT admin must enable the Turnitin integration in the Teams admin center under Education > Assignment settings.
    3. The admin must enter the TurnitinApiKey and TurnitinApiUrl from the Turnitin admin console into the Microsoft Teams admin center.
    4. After this is configured and has propagated, educators can toggle Turnitin to Yes when creating a new assignment in a class team so submissions are checked for similarity.

So, having Microsoft 365 Education (including Teams for Education) is required to use the integration, but access to Turnitin itself depends on a separate Turnitin license purchased by the school or institution.
