Why am I being charged a state tax for Delaware? I've ordered 365 through Google and the monthly subscription payment was $9.99. I'm being charged $10.59. That includes $0.60 state sales tax fee. We do not pay state sales tax in Delaware. Please refund me for these charges as soon as possible.

Charges and taxes for Microsoft 365 purchased through Google Play are controlled by Google, not directly by Microsoft. For subscriptions bought from Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancellation and refund requests must be handled by the respective store’s customer support.

To address the tax and request a refund for the overcharge:

1. Go to Google Play support and review their refund and tax policies: see Learn about Google Play refund policies from the article below.
2. Request a refund for the tax portion (and any other incorrect charges) through Google Play’s refund process.
3. If needed, contact Google Play support directly and provide details of the subscription (Microsoft 365, $9.99 plan, Delaware billing address, and the $0.60 tax being charged).

Because the subscription was not purchased directly from Microsoft, Microsoft support cannot adjust or refund those Google Play charges.
