Feedback Hub issues on Windows Insider builds should be reported using the app itself once it can be opened and responded to.
Because Win + F still opens the Feedback Hub window but it becomes stuck, the next steps are:
- Try opening Feedback Hub directly from Start instead of the shortcut:
- Select Start, type Feedback Hub, and open the Feedback Hub app.
- If it opens and becomes responsive, file feedback about this regression so it can be investigated for build 26220.7934:
- Go to the Feedback section.
- Select Add new feedback.
- Provide a concise title (for example, “Feedback Hub freezes when opened with Win + F on build 26220.7934”).
- In Explain in more detail, describe that Feedback Hub opens but hangs when launched with Win + F.
- Use Recreate your problem or suggestion to capture diagnostics while reproducing the freeze, then stop the recording so it is attached automatically.
- If Feedback Hub is completely unusable (frozen even when opened from Start), wait for a newer Insider build where the issue is resolved, then submit feedback about the earlier build once the app works again.
For Windows Insider builds, Feedback Hub is the supported channel for reporting such issues and attaching diagnostics so they can be investigated.
