If your Microsoft account was hacked and your OneDrive data was deleted, please start by changing your Microsoft account password and enabling two‑step verification.
After changing the password, open the OneDrive website and check whether you can restore your files from the Recycle Bin.
If restoration is not possible, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support and also consulting the police.
