Account hacked and deleted and I cannot restore

My account was recently hacked and deleted with one of those 6-word codes on discord + Microsoft email for authentication. I was unable to get back on but I am still connected to my old account on this device and some other things like Microsoft store (I am currently no longer connected on store). I recently found out that the account is being used and I am wondering if there is any way whatsoever I can get the account back or delete the hacked account as I seem to be signing into a different with anything related to Microsoft. Is there any way whatsoever that anything can be done?

    Hi ( * _ * ) persons,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m really sorry you are dealing with this. Falling victim to a Discord scam that uses sign‑in codes can be extremely stressful, especially when it results in losing access to your Microsoft account.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

To recover your account, Microsoft requires ownership verification through the Account Recovery Form (ACSR):

    • Go to the account recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr
    • Enter the email address of the compromised account (even if the system says it no longer exists).
    • Provide a different, working contact email address where Microsoft can send the recovery result.
    • Complete the form with as much accurate information as possible (previous passwords, services used, etc.), then submit it.
    • If the request is unsuccessful, the form can be submitted up to two times per day.

If you need further guidance, you can also contact Microsoft Support directly:

    • Visit: https://support.microsoft.com/contact
    • Search for Account Recovery
    • Select Get Help, then sign in using another Microsoft account (or create a new one if needed)
    • Choose Contact Support
    • Product: Other Products
    • Category: Manage Account Security
    • Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser
    • Clearly explain your situation.

Thank you for your time and understanding.
