- Which OneNote are you using?
- OneNote (desktop, part of Microsoft 365)
- OneNote for Windows 10 (Microsoft Store app)
- When you right‑click the ribbon, do you see “Customize the Ribbon”? Yes / No
- Did this stop working after an update or reinstall? Windows update / Office (Microsoft 365) update / Reinstall / Not sure
- Which Windows version are you on? Windows 10 / Windows 11
- What Microsoft 365 license do you have? Personal or Family / Home & Student / Not sure
