Request to Reschedule Microsoft Certification Exam

Hello,
I have an upcoming MS-102 certification exam scheduled for March 5, 2026. However, due to an unexpected family emergency, I will not be able to attend.

I attempted to reschedule the exam through Pearson VUE, but the system returned an error stating that my exam cannot be rescheduled because of the voucher I applied. For context, I used a Microsoft discount voucher for this booking.
"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions (********000B). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: This voucher cannot be used with appointments scheduled after 6 Mar 2026."

I urgently need your support to help me reschedule my exam date. I understand this might be a difficult request given the voucher's policies, but I kindly ask for your understanding and assistance due to this unforeseen family situation. Please help me. This certification is critical for my professional development and is directly tied to my performance KPIs. I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in helping me reschedule the exam at the earliest possible date.

In addition to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/reschedule-and-cancellation-policy all exam vouchers have a date by which the exam must be booked and taken. A voucher cannot be used to book or reschedule an exam beyond this date.

You need to contact the person/group that issued the voucher
