I want my money back Minecraft

I bought Minecraft thinking it would let me play bedrock + java and I bought the extra pack for skins and coins and it only lets me play java. If I knew this beforehand I would have not bought it and I would have just stuck to mobile. I would like my $43 back.

It does not say any refund. Reject.

Refunds for Minecraft and related in-game purchases depend on where and how the purchase was made.

    1. If the Minecraft license, skin pack, or coins were bought through the Microsoft Store (using Microsoft’s payment platform):
      • Refunds for digital goods like games, add-ons, and in-app content are generally not available unless the offer or applicable law states eligibility.
      • To see if a refund is possible, sign in to the Microsoft account used for purchase, go to the Order history page, and look for refund options or status there.
      • For Xbox-related Minecraft purchases, use the dedicated flow at Request a refund for digital games as described in the refund article.
    2. If the extra pack or coins were purchased using a non-Microsoft billing platform (for example, via another store inside the app):
      • Refunds are handled by the billing platform used. In that case, contact the publisher or that platform’s support, as Microsoft cannot process those refunds.
    3. If the purchase was a subscription (for example, a Microsoft subscription tied to Minecraft services):
      • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services, select the subscription, choose Manage, then Cancel, and follow the instructions. In some countries/regions, a prorated refund may be available depending on local policy and timing.

If the charge is not recognized or seems incorrect, investigate it first via the Microsoft account billing pages, and if needed, contact Microsoft Support using the Microsoft Store & billing help options.
