Unknown Microsoft account attached to my Yahoo email

Ok. This one is weird and I'm hoping someone can help. I received an email in my Yahoo today from Microsoft, informing me of suspicious login activity. I immediately thought "My Yahoo shouldn't be on my MS profiles..." and logged into both of my accounts- neither of them have my Yahoo listed.

So I tried to do a fresh login, using my Yahoo, and it came back as "no account found." But then I tried to do a "username recovery" and MS actually emailed me a security code to my Yahoo. When I used that code, it came up saying "account found" with the email mostly hidden (and what was revealed would coincide with my active MS accounts).

Does anyone know how I can track down this account and either deactivate it, or if it's from a fake MS account, how I can remove my Yahoo from said account?

Thanks-
