i need a microsoft support person ASAP. this account is hacked

so i finally got hacked after being super safe for years and i needed to talk to a support agent BUT you cant call them and get help and i cant get help bc i need to sign in but my email is invalid. please microsoft improve your support methods for hacked accounts. if a microsoft support person is readin this you can contact me at my public email ******@gmail.com. DO NOT CONTACT THE EMAIL ATTACHED TO THIS ACCOUNT. pleas help my account is in your hands.

Since you mentioned to the AI above that you still have access to your hacked account, you will need to update the verification method on account.microsoft.com > Security > Manage how I Sign in > then add your email/phone number as your verification method.

Once you're done, you will need to wait for the 30-day restriction state to complete; but, if the hacker has their email/phone number added to your account, having them in full control over your account, they can simply cancel your security info change request.

If this happens, you will need to try requesting again, and hopefully, the hacker will not notice.

Unfortunately, it is also not possible to expedite or bypass the 30-day restriction state.

However, if the 30-day restriction state is complete, you will be able to remove the hacker's security info email/phone number from your account using your newly added security info.

Lastly, please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to assist you with manual recovery, unblock, and escalation for this case, as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account:

For a hacked Microsoft account where sign-in is not possible, only the official automated recovery and support channels can help. Follow these steps:

1. Use the Microsoft account sign-in helper for hacked accounts
   • Go to the Microsoft account sign-in helper: Start.
   • Enter the email address or phone number of the hacked Microsoft account.
   • The tool will either:
     • Show self-help options for hacked/compromised accounts, or
     • Offer a path to contact support (chat) based on the situation.
2. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery form (if you cannot sign in)
   • If the account is not recognized or is locked, use the account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr (from the referenced guidance).
   • Enter the hacked Microsoft email as the account to recover and a different, working email (such as the public Gmail address) as the contact address.
   • Provide as many accurate details as possible (old passwords, contacts, subject lines, etc.) and submit from a device and location normally used with that account.
