    Hello Rishi Raj Sardar,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

It sounds like the ₹2 debit (just a temporary identity-verification hold) went through but your Free Trial subscription never provisioned—or it’s hidden by a filter or wrong directory. Here’s what you can try:

    1. Verify you’re in the right directory
      • In the Azure portal (portal.azure.com), click your user icon (top-right) and make sure you’ve selected the correct Azure AD tenant.
    2. Check your subscription filters
      • Go to “Subscriptions” and clear any filters (e.g. Status = Active, Offer = Free Trial).
      • If you still see nothing, look under Cost Management + Billing > Products + Services > All billing subscriptions for the auto-provisioned Microsoft Entra ID Free subscription.
    3. Try a different browser or Incognito/InPrivate window
      • Sometimes cached cookies or extensions block the subscription pane from loading.
    4. Upgrade your free account (if it exists)
      • If a subscription shows up, click it and select Upgrade subscription in the command bar to move to Pay-As-You-Go (keeps your ₹2 verification hold and unlocks the free ₹12,000 credit and 12 months of free services).

If none of the above surfaces a subscription, it likely never got created (account flag, provisioning hiccup). To dig deeper, could you share the following (feel free to DM us or open a support request): • The email/alias you used to sign up • A screenshot of your Subscriptions blade (filters visible) • Your Azure AD Tenant ID (in Azure Active Directory > Overview) • Any confirmation emails you received

Once we have those details, we can engage the subscriptions team to resolve the provisioning error.

Hope this helps! Let me know what you find and we’ll take it from there.
