MICROSOFT AZ900 MULTIPLE PROBLEMS

Sending form data to 'https://wsr.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/sso/Integration.htm' violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "form-action 'self' *.microsoft.com *.azure.cn *.pearsonvue.com". The request has been blocked. When I am trying to register from microsoft portal this message is being showed,Now I am not even able to go beyond this .

  1. My Account has been blocked multiple times by pearson vue for multiple Failed payments.I contacted Them Once they removed it but again and again they are blocking.
  2. I Have tried multiple cards VISA with International Payment activated nothings working.
  3. There is no proper way ,Also I tried to contact customer care pearson vue they said ,They can't help with the online thing but they can do it manually .I have a VOUCHER(linked to my mail id) now they say that voucher won't be applied if you do manually ,means pay full fee.

please solve this issue URGENT.
