Use the Microsoft Credentials support page and open a support request so an agent can look up the MCP record and advise on next steps for linking it to a current Microsoft account or recovering access:

- Follow the instructions there to submit a case, providing your MCP ID, approximate certification dates, and any email addresses that might have been associated with the MCP profile.
Only the official credentials support team can investigate and assist with legacy MCP IDs.
