Hey there, Kochi Pochi

The error message provided in the screenshot isn't listed on the list of AADST error codes article, which makes it harder to find the rout course of this error message showing for you. However, when reading it, it is making me think it could be a permission issue which is triggering this error message. Although, the error code should have been 53003.

Please can you answer the following questions:

Are you an administrator for the tenant you are trying to access?

Are you trying to access a particular resource before getting this error?

Please can you try and sign into the Azure portal here: https://portal.azure.com in an InPrivate window.

This is a new account, I accidentally missed the MFA steps and when I re tried to login I got this error.

Hey there, Kochi Pochi

This is the problem. If you haven't got MFA set up on the account, it won't allow you to sign into your account on any of the admin portals. Although, I would have thought it would have just prompted you to add one when trying to sign into your account.

Is this a work or personal account?

Yes it's a work account. It prompt me for MFA but accidentally I clicked out of it and now stuck with this error

The link provided in the answer shows a blank page. This is a new account I created and accidentally clicked out of MFA and now couldn't sign in to any of the portals and this is the only account linked in the azure company domain. Please help me sign in or help me cancel the trial subscription and close the account

Hey there, Kochi Pochi

Please can you sign into your work account here: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

Once you have signed in, it should load your security info page where you can see your sign-in methods. Please can you click onto 'Add sign-in method' on your account

Once you have added MFA, to the account. Please can you try signing into your account on the admin portals again. It should allow you to authenticate and sign into the admin portals.
