Appeal for Suspended Rewards Account: Manual Review Request (Case --PII REMOVED--)

I am requesting a manual review of my suspended Rewards account (fb**********@gmail.com). I believe my account was flagged in error due to my use of BSNL data, which uses shared IP addresses that automated systems often mistake for proxies or VPNs.

I have never used automation, bots, or multiple accounts. To prove I am a genuine human user, I have already secured my account with a Passkey for biometric verification. I have an existing support ticket (--PII REMOVED--) and I am fully committed to 'Good-Faith Participation'. Please review my activity so I can continue using Bing for my daily studies. Thank you.Screenshot_20260301_154641_Chrome

    Hi Albin Shiju,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I really wish I could assist you directly on this issue. However, the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Given these limitations, we don't have the permission to review or interact with your case. Since you already have a support ticket, please be patient.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope the support team can resolve this for you soon.
