Request for Reissuing My PL-900 Exam Score Report

I would like to request assistance with reissuing the score report for my PL-900 exam. I am unable to view or download the score report from my Microsoft Learn profile.

Here are my details:

• Name: RENA AOKI
• Exam name: PL-900
• Exam date: September 2025
• Account used for the exam: <mod: PII removed>@outlook.jp
• Issue: I cannot access or find the score report, and I need it reissued.

Could you please advise me on how to obtain the score report again?

I tried following the steps that were provided, but I am unable to proceed because Step 3 does not appear on my screen. I believe that my account may not be properly linked to my exam information, which could be causing the issue.

Could you please check whether my account is correctly associated with my PL-900 exam and advise me on how to access or reissue the score report?

To obtain the PL-900 exam score report again, use the Microsoft Learn profile and Pearson VUE flow used for Microsoft certification exams.

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the PL-900 exam.
2. Open the profile menu and select Credentials, then select Certifications.
3. Scroll down to the Past exams section and locate the PL-900 exam.
4. Select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard for the exam.
5. On the Pearson VUE site, find the PL-900 exam entry and select View to open the score report. From there, print or save it as a PDF for reuse.

If the exam does not appear in the Past exams section or the score report is still not accessible, contact Microsoft Credentials support so they can investigate and assist with access or delivery issues for the score report.
