Learning - Credential assessment VM login not possible

HiI am trying to do several assessments to obtain credentials. Unfortunately, the VM login credentials don't work. See video here

Additionally, the process to open a support as there is no "Learning" option in the product family.

Anyone else going through the same? Any tips?
