If this is your only admin/personal Azure account, you are the only admin, and there’s no alternate MFA, you will likely need Microsoft Support to reset your MFA or unlock the account.
Since you cannot sign in, you can’t open a support ticket from inside the portal, but you can use the public contact options for account recovery or Azure support (billing or account access).
Microsoft documentation suggests contacting support to verify your identity and reset MFA. They may ask for subscription details, tenant ID, billing info, etc.
