HEY, I have a computer that doesn't connected to the internet and it is not possible to connect it, I have activation key but how I activate this computer without internet connection?

Microsoft have deprecated the Phone Activation method at the end of 2025.

Try using the steps they provide on this link to activate Windows.

If that is not possible you could try hot-spotting a mobile phone to get Windows activated, or try to contact their support directly to ask them if there is any other method still available to activate Windows offline.

Windows 10 can be activated offline in two main ways, depending on the type of key and edition.

1. Use phone activation (retail/OEM key, most consumer scenarios)
   • On the offline PC, open: Start → Settings → Update & Security → Activation.
   • Select Change product key, enter the activation key, and continue.
   • If online activation fails or is not possible, use the phone method:
     • Press Win+R, type SLUI 04, and press Enter.
     • Choose the country/region.
     • Call the phone number shown on screen.
     • Follow the automated instructions: you will read the Installation ID from the screen and receive a Confirmation ID.
     • Enter the Confirmation ID into the boxes on the same screen to complete activation.
   • Note: Phone activation is not available for Windows 10 Pro for Workstations or Windows 10 Pro EDU; those editions must activate over the internet.
2. Use Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT) proxy activation (MAK/volume/retail key in managed environments) If the key is a Multiple Activation Key (MAK), KMS host key (CSVLK), or retail key and there is another computer that does have internet access, activation can be done via proxy using VAMT:
   • Install and configure VAMT on an internet-connected host.
   • Install Windows 10 on the offline PC and enter the MAK/retail key.
   • From VAMT, discover/add the offline PC and collect its Installation ID (IID).
   • VAMT sends the IIDs to Microsoft from the online host and retrieves Confirmation IDs (CIDs).
   • Transfer the CIDs back to the offline PC via VAMT to complete activation.
   • For completely isolated networks, a second VAMT instance can be used inside the isolated network, and activation data can be moved via removable media between the isolated VAMT and the internet-connected VAMT host.

If the key is a standard retail Windows 10 Home/Pro key and the edition is not Pro for Workstations/Pro EDU, phone activation (SLUI 04) is the simplest offline method.
