I am unable to reactivate my 365 Business Standard subscription

I have had a Business Standard subscription for many years. I noticed last week that my subscription hadn't automatically renewed. The payment was due on 19 Feb 2026. The Reactivate link on my admin centre page is not available (greyed out). I also cannot switch to recurring billing. The licences are for Windows and MacOS systems and neither will allow me to reactivate

I think that expired‑billing lock won’t lift if the profile’s even slightly off — country, VAT, addr normalizing… u clear the lock only from Billing→Your products with a clean payment on the tenant… then re‑save the billing‑profile to match the card exactly. that’s usually when the reactivate btn finally wakes up.

    Hi @admin PJNEV

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

From what you described, it sounds like you can still sign in to the Microsoft Admin Center. Since the issue appears to be related to billing, the most effective next step is to contact the Microsoft Billing and Support team. You can do this directly from the Microsoft Admin Center by following the steps below.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center
    2. In the bottom‑left corner, select Help & Support to open the Support Assistant panel.
    3. In the text box, type “request an agent to contact me via email or phone” and press Enter.
    4. At the bottom‑left of the panel, select the blue Contact Support link.
    5. Choose your preferred contact method (Email or Phone).
    6. Complete the contact form and describe your situation in detail so the support team has enough information to assist you.
    7. Select Contact me to submit the request.

You can also refer to the following article for detailed guidance: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

You can also reach out to them through the official Microsoft phone support line:  Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Please note: An AI system may initially handle your call. Kindly follow the prompts carefully to be connected to a human support agent.

I hope this helps you move forward.
