I see AI gave you the "most standard" method.
In reality, it is pretty much impossible to get it recovered with the recovery form method when you don't have the correct password, and don't have access to recovery contact email.
The most realistic method is ask your former company IT to temporarily reinstate your email if possible, so you can get the recovery code to access your outlook account. I am IT admin for our organization, I get such requests sometimes for former employees and I do that for them. So hopefully your IT would do the same for you. Once you regain access, you want to go to Security > Manage how I sign in to update those contacts. It is never a good idea to use work/school email as your contact, because you technically don't own those email adresses and they can be taken away due to circumstance changes.
