Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

    slmgr /dlv

    Then share a screenshot please.

    Also, tell me -

How did you obtain your license initially?

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?

If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?

Is it originally a Win7/8 key?

The error indicates Windows cannot currently reach activation servers while trying to reactivate after a hardware change. Use the supported reactivation paths and, if they keep failing, contact Microsoft support to have the license reactivated.

Follow these steps on Windows 11:

    1. Confirm the Microsoft account is linked to the digital license
      • Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
      • Check the activation status message:
        • If it shows Windows is activated with a digital license, the Microsoft account is not yet linked.
        • If it shows Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account, the account is already linked and ready for troubleshooting.
      • If not linked, add the account:
        1. Sign in with an administrator account.
        2. Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info and ensure the account is an Administrator.
        3. In Activation, use Add an account to sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the license.
    2. Run the Activation troubleshooter for hardware change
      • Still in Settings > System > Activation, select Troubleshoot.
      • When prompted with Windows can’t be activated on your device, choose I changed hardware on this device recently, then Next.
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft account that is linked to the digital license.
      • From the list of devices linked to that account, select the checkbox for This is the device I’m using right now, then select Activate.
    3. If the troubleshooter cannot reactivate
      • If the troubleshooter reports server issues, retry later; the tool is the supported way to transfer a digital license after a significant hardware change.
      • If you see errors like 0xC004F211 or 0xC004F213 after the hardware change, use one of these options:
        • If there is a valid product key previously used on this device, go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key and enter it.
        • If Windows originally came preinstalled and the motherboard was replaced, a new license may be required. In Activation, select Go to Microsoft Store to purchase a new license.
      • If the troubleshooter still cannot resolve the issue or the device does not appear under the Microsoft account, contact Microsoft support so they can locate the digital license on the account and reactivate it. This is the recommended path when the automated reactivation fails after a hardware change.

If the license was a retail digital license purchased from Microsoft and is visible in the Microsoft account order history, support can typically reassign or reactivate it for the new hardware when the troubleshooter and normal UI paths fail.
