I need a Directory Cleanup / Account Unmerge. Please remove the Entra ID shadow identity associated with my personal email address so that my account is recognized correctly as a personal Microsoft account.
Once the shadow identity is removed, I should be able to access my security info page normally.
Please escalate this to the team that handles tenant‑conflicted Microsoft accounts.
