I have the original email with the licence key. I want to uninstall MS 2021 from my laptop and then reinstall on another pc wit this licence

You can't reuse the product key. Instead, use your associated account to install on the new PC.

If you run into activation issues, you may have to contact Microsoft support.

But this MS Office 2021 Pro does not appear on my Microsoft account. And good luck trying to talk to anyone at Microsoft

How did you originally install Office? Most installation types do have an associated account. Perpetual licenses will be different from subscriptions in the sense that you don't sign in and stay signed in, the way subscriptions require. However, the account that you used with your perpetual license becomes the product key for that license. For (re-)activation, the chat at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus should work.
