issues with outlook and want to uninstall and reinstall

I use outlook (new) and outlook (PWA). I use a number of emails with outlook (new) and it currently won't launch. Troubleshooting is not fixing the issue either and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. I would like to continue to use outlook (PWA) and it doesn't look like there are any issues with this.

I would like to uninstall and reinstall outlook to see if that fixes the problem. It is part of a microsoft 365 package. Do you foresee any issues with this approach?

Hello. You can safely uninstall and reinstall the new Outlook. Removing it only deletes the application and its local cache or settings. Your emails, calendar, and contacts remain intact since they’re stored in your Microsoft 365 account online. The PWA version will not be impacted.

If the app isn’t launching, the issue is typically related to the WebView2 component or the Microsoft Store, not your Microsoft 365 subscription.
