Outlook account closed due to misuse

Question

Hello Account was closed due to misuse, breaking MSF policy.

No in-depth information given, I have contacted the ICO as information of the allegation of phishing, etc..is to be unfounded and I have not broken any policies as listed on the site. I appealed and this did not progress with Microsoft Team and they refused to open my email account back up.

I now need to pursue court action as this classes as a defamation of my character. Please you let me know where this action be sent.
