Let me ask first: are these two separate email accounts (for example, two different Outlook or Gmail accounts)? Or are they aliases under the same account?
If they are two separate accounts, follow these steps:
- Open Outlook.
- Go to File (top left).
- Click Add Account.
- Enter the second email address.
- Sign in and complete the setup.
Once added, both mailboxes should appear on the left panel.
If it does not show, let me know:
- What type of email accounts are they? (Outlook, Gmail, work email?)
- Are you using the new Outlook or classic Outlook?
