Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Let me ask first: are these two separate email accounts (for example, two different Outlook or Gmail accounts)? Or are they aliases under the same account?

If they are two separate accounts, follow these steps:

    • Open Outlook.
    • Go to File (top left).
    • Click Add Account.
    • Enter the second email address.
    • Sign in and complete the setup.

Once added, both mailboxes should appear on the left panel.

If it does not show, let me know:

    1. What type of email accounts are they? (Outlook, Gmail, work email?)
    2. Are you using the new Outlook or classic Outlook?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

To show two email addresses in classic Outlook for Windows, add each account to Outlook so both mailboxes appear in the folder list.

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. If this is the first time Outlook is opened, the Welcome screen appears. Click Next.
    3. Select Yes to add a new email account, then click Next.
    4. In the Auto Account Wizard, enter:
      • Name
      • Email address (first address)
      • Password
    5. Click Next, then Finish when setup completes.
    6. To add the second address, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    7. On the Email tab, click New.
    8. Enter the second email address and its password in the same Auto Account Wizard and complete the steps.

Both email accounts will now appear in the left folder pane in Outlook, each with its own Inbox and folders.
