unable to use microsoft e-voucher in another region

Currently on Philippines but I want to activate the e-voucher I purchase, I am unable to use it due to region restriction.

How can I solve it right away?

Microsoft e-vouchers are usually region-locked. If your Microsoft account region does not match the voucher’s region, it will not activate.

If the voucher was purchased for a different country, there is unfortunately no way to override the region restriction. In that case, your best option would be to contact the retailer where you bought the voucher and ask if they can exchange it for the correct region.

Microsoft e-vouchers, including Microsoft 365/Office product keys, are region-locked and must be redeemed in the same country/region where they were purchased.

If the e-voucher was bought for a different region than the Philippines, it cannot be activated while located in or set to a different region. Changing the Microsoft account or device region will not bypass this restriction, and items bought for one region are not guaranteed to work in another.

To resolve this:

1. Redeem the voucher only in the country/region it was purchased for (account and actual location must match the voucher’s region).
2. If the voucher was sold for the wrong region or cannot be redeemed where currently located, contact the original seller or Microsoft support for assistance or possible refund/exchange.

There is no supported way to immediately override the regional restriction and use the voucher in another region.
