Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and to add to the above, please take note that a compromised account is a complex scenario and once the email and phone number has been changed to a different one then it is at the point that it is unrecoverable (even if 2FA is enabled) and the forum does not have access to user accounts. For this you can go over to this link https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196140 and most likely it will be followed by doing the account recovery form which is an automated process that you will need to enter every bit of information that you can remember on the account (if this is unsuccessful, the account cannot be recovered) and you can check out the links below for reference.
I have lost two account where i use to manage my other stuff

I have tried using the Cellphone code, but it didnt get through.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I am really sorry you are going through this. I understand how stressful it is to lose access to two accounts—especially when they’re tied to other platforms and you can’t receive the security code.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
Please wait 24–48 hours and try submitting the account recovery form again. If it is still unsuccessful, the next recommended step is to contact Microsoft Support directly so they can guide you through the available recovery options for each account:
- Visit: Contact – Microsoft Support
- Search for “Account Recovery” in the search box.
- Click “Get Help” and press Enter.
- Sign in with another Microsoft account (create one if needed) to proceed.
- Navigate to “Contact Support.”
- For product/service, select "Other Products."
- For category, choose "Manage Account Security."
- Look for and select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" or a similar callback option.
- Clearly explain your situation.
If two-step verification is enabled and you no longer have access to any verification methods, the chances of account recovery are very low. In that situation, creating a new Microsoft account may be the only viable option.
