    Hi, I'm John!

Yes, you can switch from annual billing to monthly. But it usually takes effect on your next renewal date, not immediately.

    Please check this first:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Sign in with the account that has the subscription.
    • Click Manage next to your subscription.
    • Look for Switch plan or Change billing frequency.
    • If you see the monthly option, you can select it there.

If you don’t see that option, please let me know:

    1. What subscription are you using? (Microsoft 365 Family or Personal?)
    2. Is your subscription still active right now?
    3. When is your next renewal date?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
