Dear Azure DevOps Support Team,
I am writing to report a service issue affecting our self-hosted agents. Since the morning of March 2, 2026, all of our agents across multiple projects have been showing as offline in Azure DevOps, even though the agent services are still running on the servers.
-When attempting to access Personal Access Tokens, the portal returns error: TF10216: Azure DevOps services are currently unavailable. Try again later. Activity Id: bf34c815-9aea-4004-84c0-f7e173ac3f3f
Could you please investigate and confirm if there is an ongoing service incident, and advise on any recommended actions?
