Azure MFA is pointing to an authenticator app that is not logged in. I cannot reset MFA or change credentials

I have three directories in Azure. I am the tenancy admin and owner. MFA is setup to point to my Microsoft authenticator app for each directory.

The linking to the authenticator app is broken and auth requests are not received. I cannot reset MFA in Azure, I cannot change or remove MFA or add a new auth source. I have mobile and email listed int he account, but neither are options for authentication.

As such I am locked out of our dev, uat and prod environments with no ability to reset the acocunts.
