Cannot Sign into Xbox.com - Log-in Times Out with No Error Message Provided

Hello,
Every time I try to log into Xbox.com, the site loads for approx. 20-30 seconds before returning to the home page (not signed in.) I have no issues signing into my Microsoft account or signing into my Xbox itself or the Desktop Xbox application. I do not know when this started to be an issue, but has been impacting my account for at least the last few weeks as i have tried to troubleshoot the issue.
This issue is preventing me from;
- Accessing Xbox Store in my browser
- Using Remote Play and Cloud Gaming Services as these run only in browser now
Troubleshooting outcomes that i have tried with no success;
- Clearing browser cache/history
- Trying different browsers on multiple devices
- Resetting password for MS account
- Using "Sign out of all devices" option in account settings
- Removed all devices from MS account
- Turned Remote Play services on and off multiple times on my Xbox itself
- I do not believe there is any additional troubleshooting that can resolve this, as i do not even get an error code (attempt simply times out). Hoping someone from MS will see this as I have tried usitilising online chat services with no success. Any help is appreciated.
