- Date and time of the attempt (including time zone)
- Description of the issues (clipboard sync failure, missing 10-minute warning, unexpected lab termination)
- Any promotion or voucher details and the 24-hour deadline
If the issue can’t be resolved locally, open a support ticket and provide all IDs and timestamps so the support team can review the lab session and determine whether a cooldown waiver or voucher extension is possible.
