Microsoft designer issues

Question

Why is it only giving one image that's of low quality. If I use the same prompt as previous images the one I get is rubbish. This is making me use credits up, I have wasted so many thinking it was my promt, cleared cache, browser changed uninstalled the app, signed out. What has happened is this going to be fixed, I pay for this service and it's currently eating my money. Please tell me this will be fixed or I will need to cancel it, like any others.
