Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

Use the following steps to troubleshoot and proceed with scheduling the exam:

    1. Confirm whether the exam can be scheduled online or only at a test center. From the exam details page, use the Schedule exam button and choose Pearson VUE or a test center option as described in the registration steps.
    2. If choosing an online exam, first run the required system pre-check on the computer that will be used for the exam, before registering. Detailed instructions and the pre-check link are in the online exam guidance.
    3. If the Learn profile or scheduling page will not open or shows an unexpected error, try:
      • Opening the page in a new InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
      • Clearing browser cache and cookies, then signing in again.
      • Trying a different browser and network.
    4. If the error appears after clicking Submit on the Pearson VUE page, it may be an account or payment issue (for example, Pearson VUE blocking the account after multiple failed payments). In that case, contact Pearson VUE support using the link on the Certification Support page.
    5. If the Learn site itself continues to show an unexpected error when accessing the scheduling or profile pages, open a case with Microsoft Credentials/Certification Support so a moderator can review the account and error details.
