Incorrect Earned and Expiration Dates on Microsoft Certification

Hello,

I passed a Microsoft certification exam on March 1, 2026, and the exam result shows that I successfully passed.

However, the dates displayed on my certificate are incorrect:

• Earned on: February 28, 2021

Expires on: March 1, 2027

The correct dates should be:

Earned on: March 1, 2026

Expires on: March 2, 2027

Could you please advise how this can be corrected, or whom I should contact to resolve this issue?

You do not have expiry dates for exams, only for certifications

Note: all dates for certifications are in UTC time zone
