Unexpected error in Microsoft Fabric

Hi Team,

I have received exam voucher for DP-700 on Feb-26-2026 and now I am unable to schedule the Microsoft DP-700 exam due to experiencing an “Unexpected error” in Microsoft Fabric for the past one week. The error message says: “We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support.” (Screenshot attached.)image

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Opened the application in Incognito mode
  • Cleared browser cache and cookies

However, the issue still persists.

Could you please investigate this and help resolve the problem ASAP? Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.

    Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

    ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
