Contact Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact for issues when taking an exam

Because the Wi‑Fi disconnected and the exam could not be started, this falls under the scenario of internet connectivity or equipment failure during the exam.

To attempt the exam again without waiting for the normal retake interval, a waiver of the waiting period can be requested, but only if a Pearson VUE case was created for this incident. The waiver request must include the Pearson VUE case number. Waivers are not granted for any other reason.

    Steps:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE Customer Support to confirm that a case was created for the interrupted PL‑900 exam and obtain the case number if not already provided. Use the contact link listed under Pearson VUE on the Microsoft exam pages.
    2. Submit a request to Training, Certification, and Program Support to ask for the waiting period to be waived, including the Pearson VUE case number, as described in the retake policy.
    3. Once allowed to reschedule, the exam must be scheduled again and paid for if applicable; the free Ignite-style offers are valid for one attempt only and do not cover retakes.

If no Pearson VUE case exists for the connectivity issue, the standard retake policy applies (including required waiting time and payment for a new attempt, if applicable).
