Lockout, Global Administrator, MFA

Hope everything is going well.
I have an distressing situation about access Azure Portal with my Global Administrator User, my user is lock out due to MFA device code. I need to recovery it. I am not available to sign in in Azure Portal.
I have any break glass user or Azure access for Emergency cases :( The only only access that I have, it is a member user with any Administration privilegies to :
- Submit a Support Ticket to put hands up for help.
- Resetting MFA authentication on users in Microsoft Entra (I can review some information but no write)
- Access and administrate resource on my subscription.
I had tried to contact the Global Customer phone line without successful but they redirect me to submit one ticket through Support and Support + troubleshooting blade.
Before this issue I was contacting support and communication was going smooth because I had case tracking id; but they aren't able to support without Ticket.I thing I had as last support resource ask solutions to one Microsoft Partner about case.
I am blocked, The problem that remains unsolved.
I would like to ask you for ideas or some else give one hands.
